garlic and herb marinated montana flat iron steak, pan seared and finished with shallots and a red wine bordelaise sauce.

homemade meatloaf – $17
pork, beef, veal, herbs and spices all wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and served with vegetables and smashed potatoes and finished with bordelaise sauce.

herb roasted chicken – $20
a garlic marinated, herb roasted chicken breast, served over smashed potatoes, vegetables and finished with a wild mushroom ragout.

soft shell crab and sea scallops – $28
flash fried soft shell crab and three pan seared sea scallops served over a crawfish and basil risotto, finished with a spicy buerre blanc.

mediterranean fish stew – $24
fresh fish, mussels, scallops, calamari and wild mexican gulf shrimp simmered in a tomato, garlic and saffron broth, finished with a garlic crouton.

seafood pesto pasta – $22
wild mexican gulf shrimp, scallops and calamari sautéed with garlic and tomatoes with a creamy marscapone pesto served over fettuccine.

margherita pasta – $16
a wonderfully light and flavorful variation on a theme with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, white wine, fresh mozzarella and basil tossed with fettuccine.

shrimp, proscuitto and goat cheese pasta – $20
shrimp and proscuitto sautéed with tomatoes, garlic, kalamata olives and locally grown organic kale, finished with local montana goat cheese.

bistro penne and cheese – $18
penne pasta smothered in béchamel, imported cheeses, crimini, oyster and shitake mushrooms, english peas, miller family farms bacon and topped with an herb roasted garlic chicken breast.

crab cake salad – $18
our lump blue crab cake, served on top of an entrée size salad of organic mixed baby greens, candied pecans, pumpkin seeds and fresh pears, tossed in our maple raspberry vinaigrette.

moroccan lamb greek salad - $16
local livingston lamb, marinated in moroccan spices and grilled, served over tossed romaine, kalamata olives, fresh peppers and feta cheese, tossed in a greek vinaigrette and served with tzatziki sauce.

grilled salmon or chicken caesar salad - $16
a garlic marinated chicken breast or grilled salmon filet served on a bed of hearts of romaine tossed in our homemade garlic and anchovy dressing with croutons and parmesan cheese.

bistro burger – $10
our awesome half pound burger grilled and topped with vermont white cheddar, miller family farms bacon and sautéed wild mushrooms.
