We take a lot of pride in stocking some of the coolest booze and creating some of the most innovative and imaginative cocktails around. We think the cocktail is quickly becoming a lost art form and we are doing all we can to keep this noble art alive and well.
pineapple and jalapeņo margarita - $6
our signature cocktail and our original bistro infusion. sweet, spicy and addictive.
mojito - $6
in-house infused mint rum, fresh lime, soda and sugar.
cucumber gin and tonic - $6
a bistro infusion of gin and cucumbers creating an amazingly refreshing cocktail.
raspberry gimlet - $6
in-house infused raspberry vodka and lime.

absolut mandarin, cointreau, cranberry, fresh sour.
bistro manhattan - $8
ridgemont reserve 1792, punt e mes vemouth, and peach bitters.
the zig zag - $7
bourbon, cherry heering brandy, fernet branca and lime.

white rum, luxardo maraschino, grapefruit and lime juice.
french 75 - $8
bubbles, tanqueray, cointreau, lemon juice and simple syurp.
bistro colada - $6
our pineapple and jalapeno-infused margarita with the added goodness of coconut cream.
bistro sangria - $4
a bistro infusion. our own recipe, very simple, low alcohol cocktail.
espresso martini - $7
a shot of espresso, stoli vanil and kahlua, served chilled.
