locally raised pork, slow cooked then shredded, formed into cakes and seared. served on a bed of our house made sauerkraut, then drizzled with mustard and rosemary veloute.
scampi à la grecque – $13
sustainably harvested wild gulf prawns sauteed with garlic, white wine, lemon juice, tomatoes, capers and kalamata olives, finished with butter, feta cheese and a crouton.
bistro fries – $5
pommes frites tossed in salt and fresh herbs.
fried brie – $10
imported brie served with homemade berry jam, apples, and candied nuts.
pan seared sea scallops – $14
alaskan sea scallops pan seared. served with a crawfish and basil risotto and finished with a spicy red pepper cream sauce.
mussels and fries – $14
black mussels, steamed with pernod, butter, herbs and garlic. served with a heaping portion of our bistro fries.
