alaskan sockeye salmon wild caught by bozeman’s Kvicheck fish company. we grill this filet and serve it with a cool quinoa, sun-dried tomato and summer vegetable pilaf and fished with a delightful citrus yogurt sauce
pan seared duck breast -$25
local duck raised by the martinsdale hutterite colony, pan seared and served over a multigrain rice pilaf and sauteed vegetables, finished with a smoked tomato and jalapeno veloute and a balsamic reduction.

lamb and eggplant lasagna – $21
the construction of this delicious dish involves crazy women farms ground lamb, fresh tomatoes, eggplant, parmesan, ricotta and our house made pasta. served with marinara and goat cheese creme.
grass-fed beef stroganoff – $20
locally raised, grass finished sirloin pieces sauteed with mushrooms, onions and garlic, then simmered in a bordelaise. finished with our hand torn pasta and parmesan cheese.
wild gulf prawn scampi pasta– $25
sustainably harvested wild gulf shrimp and house made pancetta sauteed with tomatoes, garlic, shallots, kalamata olives, capers, white wine and lemon. tossed in our hand torn pasta and parmesan.
bistro penne and cheese – $24
locally produced penne pasta smothered in a cheesy béchamel sauce with sauteed mushrooms, english peas, applewood smoked bacon and topped with our roasted chicken breast.
