bistro steak and fries – $24
good for you and good for the earth,100% sustainable, organic, never left the state, grass fed and grass finished, sirloin from yellowstone grassfed beef in harlowton, montana. pan seared, served with  bordelaise sauce and bistro fries.

homemade meatloaf – $20
this isn’t your grandma’s meatloaf! locally raised pork, beef, veal, herbs and spices all wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and slow cooked. served with vegetables and smashed potatoes and finished with bordelaise sauce.

hunter style chicken – $24
our all time #1 selling special. a de-boned leg and thigh of hutterite chicken, seared, then braised in red wine with bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic and mushrooms, served over smashed potatoes.

bistro herb roasted chicken -$24
custom grown, deboned half chicken, from the lazy sr ranch,  braised in white wine, garlic, shallots and mushrooms, served over smashed potatoes.

our homemade pastas 

lamb ragout – $18
ground lamb from our pals jim and barb marshall, at crazy woman farm sauteed with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, then stewed with spices, tomatoes and fresh spinach.  we finish this lovely sauce with our house made, hand torn pasta and amaltheia goat cheese.

bistro bolognese – $17
tajarin pasta tossed with our wonderful homemade meat sauce of local beef, pork and veal slowly simmered with tomatoes, garlic, herbs and finished with parmesan.

bistro stroganoff – $18
locally raised, grass finished sirloin pieces sauteed with mushrooms, onions and garlic, then simmered in a bordelaise. finished with our hand torn pasta and parmesan cheese.

shrimp, pancetta and goat cheese pasta – $24
sustainably harvested wild gulf shrimp and  house made pancetta sauteed with tomatoes, garlic, shallots, kalamata olives and spinach. finished with our house made tajarin pasta and local montana goat cheese.

bistro penne and cheese – $24
locally produced penne pasta smothered in a cheesy béchamel sauce with sauteed mushrooms, english peas, applewood smoked bacon and topped with our roasted chicken.

salmon, shrimp or chicken caesar salad – $18
grilled wild alaskan salmon, seared local chicken or grilled shrimp served over an entree sized portion of our hearts of romaine caesar.

bistro burger – $13
locally produced burger with cheddar cheese and the classic fixins. served on a toasted wheat montana cornmeal bun with a side of bistro fries.
