custom grown local, bone in chicken breast, braised in white wine, garlic, shallots and mushrooms, served with mushroom risotto and veggies.
a montana twist on a french classic using rancho picante grass-finished bison from bridger canyon, slow cooked with carrots, potatoes, and onions.

this rich, slow-cooked casserole contains house-made hutterite duck confit, house-made bratwurst, whitehall pork belly, white beans, and tomatoes.

morroccan lamb ragout – $19
ground lamb from our friends jim and barb marshall, at crazy woman farm sauteed with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, then stewed with spices, tomatoes and fresh spinach. we finish this lovely sauce with our house made, hand torn pasta and amaltheia goat cheese.
bistro bolognese – $18
tajarin pasta tossed with our wonderful homemade meat sauce of local beef, pork and veal slowly simmered with tomatoes, garlic, herbs and finished with parmesan.
grass-fed beef stroganoff – $20
locally raised, grass finished sirloin pieces sauteed with mushrooms, onions and garlic, then simmered in a bordelaise. finished with our hand torn pasta and parmesan cheese.
shrimp, pancetta and goat cheese pasta – $24
sustainably harvested wild gulf shrimp and house made pancetta sauteed with tomatoes, garlic, shallots, kalamata olives and spinach. finished with our house made tajarin pasta and local montana goat cheese.

locally produced penne pasta smothered in a cheesy béchamel sauce with sauteed mushrooms, english peas, applewood smoked bacon and topped with our roasted chicken.
salmon, shrimp or chicken caesar salad – $18
grilled wild alaskan salmon, seared local chicken or grilled shrimp served over an entree sized portion of our hearts of romaine caesar.
